Easy Beef Ravioli Recipe!
This easy beef ravioli recipe promises the taste of lasagna but without all of the work required for a lasagna. Layer cheesy ravioli with sauce and cheese and your mouth will think it's eating lasagna. This is a very quick meal for any night of the week.
This easy beef ravioli recipe promises the taste of lasagna but without all of the work required for a lasagna. Layer cheesy ravioli with sauce and cheese and your mouth will think it's eating lasagna. This is a very quick meal for any night of the week.
Cheesy Beef Ravioli Lasagna
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS
1 pound Italian Ground Beef Mix

1 jar (28 ounces) spaghetti sauce
2 tesapoons parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package (24 ounces)frozen cheese ravioli
DIRECTIONS
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a casserole pan with non stick spray.
Boil the ravioli over medium heat. Remove the ravioli immediately after it rises to the top and rinse with cold water. Place the ravioli in one layer in to the cassserole dish.
Prepare the
Italian Ground Beef Mix.
Click link for recipe.(If preparing this meat mixture ahead of time, store in the fridge for up to two days or in the freezer for up to 2 months until ready to use. Warm the meat on low in either the microwave or stove top prior to using in this recipe)
Mix together the spaghetti sauce and the meat. Pour some of the spaghetti/meat mix on to the ravioli. Top with one tablepoon parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Repeat again until all of teh ravioli have been layered. Top with remaining meat mixture and cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
* This

can be substituted with Italian ground beef mix.
