Chicken Cobb Burger EXPLODES with Flavor!!!

If you enjoy a cobb salad, this Chicken Cobb Burger will totally satisfy. Serve with a hearty Kaiser roll to hold in all of the delicious toppings that makes each bite explode with flavor. This burger is not only one of my absolute favorite burgers for it's taste, but also for the nutritional value offered gained from the romaine, tomato, eggs and avocado.

Chicken Cobb Burger

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 -1 1/2 pounds lean ground chicken
1 teaspoon Worchester sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/24 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
8 strips cooked bacon
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 large ripe tomato, cut into 4 slices
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 8 slices
4 leaves of romaine lettuce
2 hard boiled eggs, cut each into 6 slices
Pinch salt and black pepper
4 tablespoons low fat blue cheese dressing
4 kaiser rolls, split

DIRECTIONS

Heat grill to medium high. Mix together the ground chicken, Worchester sauce, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard and garlic powder. Form in to 4 equal size patties and place an indentation in the top center of each patty. Cook burgers on the grill for approximately 7 minutes and turn and cook another 7 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

Warm kaiser rolls on the grill for about 1 minute.

Add blue cheese to top of burgers, heat for 1 minute and remove burgers from grill.

Spread blue cheese dressing on inside top of Kaiser roll. Place burgers on Kaiser roll, top with bacon, eggs, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the top of the avocado.
