An easy and comforting Ground Beef Pie Recipe!
This Ground Beef Pie Recipe is easy to make. Using pre made pie crust, this comforting all in one pie makes a fantastic meal. Serve with a pre packaged salad mix for a complete and easy meal.
Veggie and Meat Pie
Serves 6-8
INGREDIENTS
1 pound Seasoned Ground Beef Mix

1 can (11 ounces)Campbell's Low Sosium
Chunky Beef and Vegetable Soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed golden
mushroom soup
4 carrots, peeled sliced 1/8 inch thick
3 medium potatoes, cut in to 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pastry for double-crust pie
DIRECTIONS
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare the
Seasoned Ground Beef Mix
. Click link for recipe. (If preparing this meat mixture ahead of time, store in the fridge for up to two days or in the freezer for up to 2 months until ready to use. Warm the meat on low in either the microwave or stove top prior to using in this recipe)
Add to the meat mix the soups, carrots, potatoes and cheese.
Spray (2) pie pans with non stick spray. Spread veggie meat mixture in to each pie pan.
Roll out pastry on floured surface and fit the pastry over top of each pie filling.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes prior to cutting.
Yields two pies.
