A simple and easy Tater Tot Casserole Recipe!


This tater tot casserole recipe can easily become a family favorite. This meal is so easy make because I prepare the ground beef in advance and just put together the final ingredients together right before baking. I also sneak in some mixed vegetables and make this tater tot casserole recipe a complete meal.


Tater Tot Beef Casserole

Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS

1 pound Italian Ground Beef Mix

1 can Healthy Request condensed
tomato soup
1 jar (4 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups defrosted mixed vegetables
2 cups shredded 4 cheese Italian blend.
1 package (32 ounces) tater tots

DIRECTIONS

Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Prepare the 1 pound Italian Ground Beef Mix . Click link for recipe.(If preparing this meat mixture ahead of time, store in the fridge for up to two days or in the freezer for up to 2 months until ready to use. Warm the meat on low in either the microwave or stove top prior to using in this recipe)

Add to the meat mix the tomato soup, mushrooms and defrosted vegetables.

Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick spray and spread the mixture into the baking dish.

Top with the cheese and then the frozen tater tots. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the tater tots are crisp.
